After not paying rent to " MELA WELFARE SOCIETY", Bishnu is beaten and thrown out from Mela. Bishnu take his wife and 10 years old boy " dinu" and leave the city.. Family reach to a new city and make their shed in a new basti. In the same night, in a house in nearby colony a theft happen by a basti boy' sonu , who is in the supervision of Rasiya, the Basti mukhiya. Police come in the basti and start investigation. Police knows that the theft is happened in Rasiya supervision, but want to claim Bishnu and family who have arrived last night for this theft. Police inspector and junior rape Bishnu's wife one by one while helpless Bishnu singing a heer song outside of his shanty. Their life become mess. Rasiya take the advantage of the situation and lay a trap for Bishnu's beautiful wife Jogni. Rasiya' s girlfriend, a widow Shimri realizes Rasiya's interest in Jogni and scold him .
