Jashim is a brilliant student graduated from college cutting good figure in the exam. He loves Shima but Shima's father rejected his proposal to marry her. By this time, his mother dies. He communicates with his college friends who are associated with different crime. They make a bandit group and start crimes in the city. At their last operation, three of the friends dies in an encounter with police. Jashim and Nantu starts a new life and works in garage but Nantu dies in a car accident to save a little child. Now, Jashim starts his new business and earns a huge sum of money. But can he forget his past and get rid of the punishment for his crime.
